The Journal is an open-access journal; therefore, there are no fees required for authors, readers, or institutions to download any publication from the journal's website. The journal operates under the CC BY license ( Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license).

This license allows authors to retain copyright ownership of their papers, but it also permits any user to download, print, extract, reuse, archive, and distribute the article, provided proper credit is given to the authors and the source of the work.
